NCLP believe that by improving people's skills, throughout all walks of life, not only develops abilities, self esteem and confidence but adds value to organisations.
Following on from the development of programmes such as YMTB we are now in the position to offer training in the A1 qualification to ymtb tutors. A1 is a Level 3 NVQ from the Training and Development/Learning sector.
As a training provider we value individuals and our training programmes are tailored to meet the requirements and goals of each person. The support we offer is paramount to success for all involved.
We have created an easy to understand training package which provides a logical step by step approach. This unique training process makes sense of NVQ speak and helps individuals to achieve the A1 qualification in a structured and efficient way.
We are an approved centre for EDI, (Education Development International Awarding Body) and currently offer training to our Young Mums To Be tutors in:
- A1-Assess Candidates Using a Range of Methods-Level 3
Participation in the A1 course will involve a full days training in Gloucester, followed up with regular mentoring and support via the phone and/or email. Recordings of professional discussions and observation of feedback are included.
